On the day of the activity, we'll meet at the scheduled time in front of the main entrance to the Riga Cathedral. From there, we'll begin the tour of one of the most significant pilgrimage sites in Lithuania.

We will depart from Riga and travel through the picturesque Latvian landscape. Upon crossing into Lithuania, we will stop for photos at the border. Upon arrival at the Hill of Crosses, our guide will share the history and significance of this famous site adorned with thousands of crosses.

We will discuss the site's origins, local community importance, and myths associated with it, highlighting the metal and wood crosses representing pilgrims' devotion.

Next, we will return to Latvia and visit the Rund?le Palace. Our guide will take us through the palace's opulence and interior, exploring the life of the dukes of Curlandia in the 18th century. We will visit the French-style gardens, State Rooms, Golden Salon, Grand Gallery, and the Duke's private rooms.

You will have free time for lunch at a nearby restaurant before we head to Bauska Castle. There, we will ascend the renovated tower for panoramic views and tour the castle to learn about its history.

After 8 hours, we will conclude the tour back at the starting point in Riga.
