Latvian Food Tasting Tour

We'll meet in front of Mentzendorff House at 12:30 pm. This tour will explore typical recipes and food in Latvia's capital. We'll head to the Riga Central Market, one of the largest in Europe, where we'll stroll among various fruit, vegetable, and meat stalls while uncovering the secrets of its most famous dishes.

During the tour, you'll have the opportunity to taste outstanding local products, including rupjmaize (black rye bread), J?nis cheese, eaten on the eve of Midsummer's Day, and karbon?de (typical pork chops). Traditional refreshments will accompany these tastings.

The tour will conclude at approximately 2:30 pm.
