Latvian Food Tasting Tour

We'll meet in front of Mentzendorff House at 12.30 pm. If you're interested in typical recipes and food in Latvia's capital, it's time to start our Riga food tour.

We'll head to the Riga Central Market, one of the biggest in Europe. Here, we'll stroll among the fruit, vegetable, and meat stalls while revealing secrets of its most famous dishes.

You will be able to taste local products including rupjmaize, a black rye bread; J?nis cheese, traditionally consumed on the eve of Midsummer's Day; and karbon?de, typical pork chops. Traditional refreshments will be provided.

The tour will end at approximately 2:30 pm.
