We'll meet in front of Mentzendorff House at 12.30 pm. If you want to learn about the typical recipes and food in Latvia's capital, this tour is for you.

We'll head to the Riga Central Market, one of the largest markets in Europe. Here, we'll explore various fruit, vegetable, and meat stalls while discussing its most famous dishes.

You'll taste notable local products, such as rupjmaize (black rye bread), J?nis cheese (typically consumed on Midsummer's Eve), and karbon?de (typical pork chops). Traditional refreshments will accompany these tastings.

The tour will conclude at approximately 2:30 pm.
