After picking you up from your hotel in Riga at the designated time, we'll head to Cesis, the third oldest city in Latvia.

Upon arrival, we'll set off on a guided walking tour to discover the attractions of this medieval city. We'll explore the old town of Cesis, preserved after more than 800 years. Key points of interest include Roze Square, the Princess's House, and St. John's Church.

We'll then approach Cesis Castle, a medieval fortress. We will go inside and enjoy a candlelit climb up its towers for memorable views.

After touring the castle, you'll have an hour of free time for lunch in a local restaurant. We'll reconvene to explore the nature surrounding Cesis. We'll embark on a 6-kilometre hiking route to admire the red sandstone cliffs along the Gauja River valley.

Finally, we'll return to Riga, concluding the excursion after a total of 8 hours.
