Tour Details
After meeting at the Freedom Monument at the appointed time, we'll enter the heart of the old town of Latvia's capital. Let's get our private tour of Riga started!
First, we'll take a stroll through the 13th century Town Hall Square, home to the emblematic building: the Casa de los Cabezas Negras (House of the Black Heads). We will discuss the history and significance of this building.
Next, we'll pass by St. Peter's Church, known for its reconstructed tower, which serves as one of the best viewpoints in Riga. We will also view the Three Brothers, notable for their architectural style representative of the Baltic countries.
We will continue to the Cathedral of St. James, a prime example of Gothic red brick architecture, followed by the Swedish Gate, the last surviving entrance of Riga's original city wall.
Next, we’ll stroll along Str?lnieku iela, a street lined with some of Latvia's most iconic buildings, showcasing a blend of architectural styles from Art Nouveau to Baroque.
Finally, we'll conclude the tour after 2 hours.
