We'll pick you up from your hotel in Rijeka at 9 am. Are you ready to experience the flavours of Istria? Prepare your taste buds!

Our first stop will be Hum. We'll stroll around this small town and discover its famous biska. We'll taste this spice-based liqueur, which has been made in Hum for centuries.

Next, we'll travel to Motovun, the Istrian Tuscany. Once there, we'll get off the minibus and walk through the historic centre to visit important monuments such as the Church of St. Stephen and its bell tower.

While getting to know this charming town, we'll discover the secrets of the white truffle, Motovun's star product. To complete the guided tour, we'll visit a local restaurant where we'll prepare a dish with the truffle as the main ingredient.

Our final stop will be Grožnjan. Here we'll learn all about wine and olive oil, two fundamental products for the local economy.

The tour will end, returning to your hotel in Rijeka at approximately 5 pm.
