Istria Food Tour
We'll pick you up from your hotel in Rijeka at 9 am. Are you ready to experience the flavours of Istria? Prepare your taste buds!
Our first stop will be Hum. We'll stroll around this small town and discover its famous biska, a spice-based liqueur made in Hum for centuries.
Next, we'll travel to Motovun, the Istrian Tuscany. We will walk through the historic centre, visiting important monuments such as the Church of St. Stephen and its bell tower.
We'll uncover the secrets of the white truffle, Motovun's star product, and visit a local restaurant to prepare a dish featuring the truffle.
Our final stop will be Grožnjan, where we'll learn about wine and olive oil, essential products for the local economy.
The tour will end returning to your hotel in Rijeka at approximately 5 pm.
