Istria Food Tour

Your journey begins with a convenient pick-up from your Rijeka hotel at 9 am. Get ready to awaken your palate!

The first destination on our itinerary is Hum. Here, you’ll wander through this quaint town, known for its unique biska. This traditional liqueur, crafted from various spices, has been a beloved beverage in Hum for centuries, and you’ll have the chance to sample its distinct flavor.

Afterward, we will proceed to Motovun, often referred to as the Istrian Tuscany. Once we arrive, we'll disembark the minibus and meander through the historic streets, where we will visit notable sites including the Church of St. Stephen and its impressive bell tower.

In addition to immersing ourselves in the beauty of this enchanting town, we will delve into the fascinating world of the white truffle, the pride of Motovun. To cap off our exploration, we will stop at a local restaurant where we will engage in preparing a dish that highlights the truffle as a key ingredient.

Our final visit will take us to Grožnjan, where we will gain insights into the production of wine and olive oil—two essential components of the region's economy.

The tour concludes with a return journey to your hotel in Rijeka by approximately 5 pm.
