Istria Food Tour

We'll pick you up from your hotel in Rijeka at 9 am. Are you ready to experience the flavours of Istria? Prepare your taste buds!

Our first stop will be Hum. We'll stroll around this small town and discover its famous biska. We'll taste this spice-based liqueur, which has been made in Hum for centuries.

Next, we'll travel to Motovun, the Istrian Tuscany. Once there, we'll get off the minibus and walk through the historic centre, visiting important monuments such as the Church of St. Stephen and its bell tower.

While in Motovun, we'll discover the secrets of the white truffle, the town's star product. We will then visit a local restaurant to prepare a dish featuring the truffle.

Our final stop will be Grožnjan, where we'll learn about wine and olive oil, essential products for the local economy.

The tour will end returning to your hotel in Rijeka at approximately 5 pm.
