Lipica Horse Farm & Škocjan Caves Day Trip

This day trip will start at 9 am with a hotel pick-up in Rijeka. We will drive northwest for 1.5 hours to reach Lipica.

Upon arrival, we will visit a Lipizzaner horse farm, known for its prized horses that are featured on one of Slovenia's coins. During the tour, you will learn about the characteristics of these horses, used in dressage.

During the visit, you can explore the stables, pet the horses, and access the Lipikum Museum to enhance your understanding of this breed. Additionally, there is an option to attend a dressage show.

After the Lipica farm, we will proceed to the Škocjan caves, a major natural phenomenon in Slovenia. You will enter the caves formed along the Reka River and see the giant stalactites, stalagmites, and lakes developed over centuries.

After the tour, we will cross back into Croatia and return to your hotel in Rijeka, arriving around 5 pm.
