Postojna Cave & Predjama Castle Day Trip

At 9 am, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Rijeka and head to Postojna Cave and Predjama Castle, both located in Slovenia.

We'll drive past the border until we reach Postojna Cave, our first stop of the day. You will witness incredible rock formations created throughout history in the most famous and visited karst cave in Europe.

To explore this cave, we'll board a tourist train that will take us to visit areas such as the ballroom and the glass lamps of Postojna, which are not accessible on foot.

Next, we’ll proceed to Predjama Castle, the only cave fortress still standing in Europe. We'll explore the interior and learn about Erasmus of Predjama, also known as 'the Slovenian Robin Hood' during our tour of the castle's rooms.

After visiting these two locations in Slovenia, we'll return to Croatia and drop you off at your hotel in Rijeka at 4 pm.
