On this guided tour of Rimini, you'll discover the city's Roman heritage by visiting its main monuments. Don't miss it!

Tour Details

We'll meet at the designated time at Corso d'Augusto, 152, near the Visitor Center, to begin our guided tour of Rimini.

Our first stop will be the Roman Ponte di Tiberio. Next, we'll visit Piazza Cavour, where you'll see the exterior of the Palazzo dell'Arengo, Palazzo del Podestà, and Palazzo Garampi.

Then, we'll go to the Old Fish Market of Rimini, constructed in the mid-18th century. From there, we'll head to Piazza dei Sogni, home to Castel Sismondo, the medieval fortress that houses the Fellini Museum.

Afterward, we'll cross Piazza Tre Martiri, the site of the ancient Roman forum, where Julius Caesar allegedly said "Alea iacta est" ("The die is cast").

Continuing our tour, we'll visit Tempio Malatestiano, Rimini's most important Catholic worship site, which we will observe from the outside. Finally, we'll pass by the Arch of Augustus, the city gate.

After a 1-hour and 45-minute guided tour of Rimini, we'll conclude the activity.

Additional Info

We recommend arriving at the meeting point early to enjoy the multimedia and interactive tour at the Visitor Center, providing an introduction to Roman Rimini.
