The streets of Rio de Janeiro showcase a wealth of art and culture, which you can explore through this guided walking tour. This tour includes visits to notable monuments in the city center known as Brazil’s Carioca city.

Rio Cultural City Tour

At the scheduled time, pickup will be from your hotel in central Rio. The first destination is the historic Maracana stadium, where you will find the statue of Hilderaldo Bellini, the first captain of the national team to lift the World Cup.

Next, the tour proceeds to the Sambadrome, the site of the Rio Carnival Parade. Following this, a visit to the Metropolitan Cathedral will showcase its pyramid shape and modern architecture. The tour continues through the bohemian district of Lapa and includes the vibrant Selaron Steps, a renowned photo spot in Rio de Janeiro.

The itinerary includes the Monastery of St. Benedict, a significant religious site in Brazil. On the return, notable locations such as Flamengo Park, the Museum of Modern Art, the Monument to the Dead of World War II, and the Church of Our Lady of the Glory of Outeiro will be highlighted, along with well-known beaches like Flamengo and Botafogo.
