Meet at Mendes de Morais Avenue, then board a minibus to the launch hill for your hang gliding experience. Instructors will provide the necessary equipment and instructions. After running down the slope with the instructor, you'll start flying!

Enjoy views of the jungle, various beaches, and city monuments while flying over Rio de Janeiro. Highlights include the Christ the Redeemer? statue, Sugarloaf Mountain, Copacabana, Ipanema, and the surrounding tropical landscapes. The flight lasts for 6-10 minutes before landing on São Conrado beach.
