Hang Gliding in Rio de Janeiro

After meeting at Mendes de Morais Avenue in Rio de Janeiro, we'll board a minibus and head to the hill to start the hang gliding experience. The instructors will provide the necessary equipment and explain how to hang glide. Then, you'll run down the slope with the instructor and start flying!

You'll enjoy views of the jungle, beaches, and main monuments in the city as you fly over Rio de Janeiro. You'll admire the Christ the Redeemer? statue, Sugarloaf Mountain, Copacabana, Ipanema, and tropical landscapes. The flight will last 6-10 minutes before we land on São Conrado beach.

Hang gliding & trekking

If you'd like an adventure both on land and in the air, you can book an option that includes the hang gliding experience, GoPro photos and videos, and a guided trekking route through the Pedra Bonita trail in Tijuca National Park. The duration will be 1.5 hours, starting from the meeting point at Mendes de Morais Avenue. Transfers are not included.
