Paragliding in Rio de Janeiro

At the time of your choice, we'll meet on Avenida Mendes de Morais in the neighborhood of São Conrado. We'll board a minibus to the starting point, where we'll finalize the details of the paragliding flight over Rio de Janeiro.

Once at the take-off area, we'll cover the basic safety measures and explain important aspects of paragliding.

Accompanied by an instructor, we'll take to the air with the paraglider and begin to soar through the skies of Rio de Janeiro. From above, we'll admire São Conrado's nature and the Atlantic Ocean, with tall buildings in the distance.

Experience the flight over the Tijuca National Park and view the bays of Copacabana and Ipanema, alongside Sugar Loaf and Pedra da Gávea (2,762 feet / 842 meters). After a flight lasting 6-10 minutes, depending on wind conditions, we'll land at São Conrado beach.

Paragliding + Hiking activity

For a combined adventure by land and air, book a final option that includes a paragliding flight, accompanied by photos and videos, plus a guided hike through the Pedra Bonita trail inside Tijuca National Park. The round-trip hike lasts an hour and a half and begins from Mendes de Morais Avenue without provided transportation.
