Prainha Hike & Grumari Day Trip

At 8 am, hotel pickup will occur as we head to the western part of the city. A well-preserved natural area in Rio de Janeiro awaits.

Along the coast, we will pass by five important western beaches: São Conrrado, Barra, Reserva, Recreio, and Macumba. You will see beautiful views of these beaches from the vehicle.

The trip will continue to Prainha, a small beach popular among Brazilian surfers. We will hike through the Atlantic Forest to the Caeté Viewpoint, which stands at 623 feet (190 meters).

After photos of Rio de Janeiro's coastline and mountains, we will proceed to Grumari, another protected area. Here, you can enjoy its white sandy beach surrounded by rainforest.

We will spend 3 hours in Grumari before returning to your hotel in Rio de Janeiro, with drop-off between 4 and 5 pm.

The day trip includes pickup from hotels in Gloria, Santa Teresa, Catete, Flamengo, Praia de Botafogo, Leme, Copacabana, Ipanema, or Leblon. If your accommodation is outside these areas, we will inform you of the nearest meeting point.
