Prainha Hike & Grumari Day Trip

At 8 am, we'll pick you up from your hotel and head to the western part of the city. One of the best-conserved natural areas in Rio de Janeiro awaits!

During the trip along the coast, we'll pass by five important western beaches: São Conrrado, Barra, Reserva, Recreio, and Macumba. You'll see beautiful views of these beaches from the vehicle.

Afterward, we'll arrive at Prainha, a small beach in the Conservation Area of Rio de Janeiro, popular among Brazilian surfers. We'll hike through the Atlantic Forest to the Caeté Viewpoint, at an altitude of 623 feet (190 meters).

After taking photos of Rio de Janeiro's coastline and mountains, we'll proceed to Grumari, another protected area, where you can swim at its white sandy beach, surrounded by rainforest.

After spending 3 hours in Grumari, we'll return to your hotel in Rio de Janeiro, dropping you off between 4 and 5 pm.
