Rio de Janeiro Surfing Lesson

At 7 am, we'll meet at Arpoador beach, one of the favorite spots for surfers visiting Rio de Janeiro.

We'll start with introductory information to explain the main guidelines for getting on the board. Then, we'll hand you the surfboards and we'll jump into the sea.

You will learn how to catch the waves with the help of the instructor, who will show you the proper techniques and correct any possible mistakes.

After an hour of surfing, we'll take you to a traditional beach stand to enjoy some refreshing coconut water.

We'll finish the surfing activity in Rio at 8:30 am.
