Our adventure begins at Arpoador Beach, a prime location renowned among surfers for its breathtaking vistas of the Dois Irmãos and Pedra da Gávea mountains. Here, you’ll receive all the essential equipment needed for your surfing experience. Excited to dive in?

The session will kick off with some essential background information, covering the basics of the ocean, waves, and proper surfboard usage before we head into the water!

You will master fundamental surfing skills, such as paddling techniques, learning about tide dynamics, how to safely enter the water, and identifying the best waves to catch. With a qualified instructor overseeing the class, you'll benefit from personalized guidance whether you are a beginner or intermediate surfer. Additionally, classes are conducted in small groups to enhance the learning experience.
