Rio de Janeiro Surfing Lesson

At 7 am, we'll meet at Arpoador beach, a favorite spot for surfers visiting Rio de Janeiro.

We'll begin with introductory information explaining the main guidelines for getting on the board. Then, we'll hand you the surfboards and head into the sea.

You will learn how to catch waves with the instructor, who will demonstrate proper techniques and correct any mistakes.

During the lesson, we'll take pictures of the experience, which will be sent to your email at the end of the session.

After an hour of surfing the waves, we'll take you to a traditional beach stand for some refreshing coconut water.

We'll conclude the surfing activity in Rio at 8:30 am.
