We will meet at Portugal Avenue in Rio de Janeiro at your chosen time. This tour offers a unique perspective of Sugarloaf.

We will first head to Urca beach, where you will receive instructions on kayak handling. After approximately 30 minutes of theory, we will paddle to the Tamandaré da Laje Fort at the entrance of Guanabara Bay, providing views of the old prison and Sugarloaf Mountain.

This fort served as a prison for several notable Brazilian figures. While enjoying the waters of Rio de Janeiro, you will hear stories about this area.

We will continue paddling through Botafogo Bay until returning to Urca beach, completing the kayak tour after two and a half hours of activity.

If you select the afternoon tour, you will have the opportunity to watch the sunset over Sugarloaf Mountain, a memorable sight in Rio de Janeiro.
