Santiago del Estero Tour

We'll pick you up at the time of your choice at your hotel in Termas de Río Hondo and head for Santiago del Estero, the capital of the Argentinean province of the same name.

The first stop will be in front of the Estadio Único Madre de Ciudades, a modern sports stadium that opened in March 2021. The name originates from Santiago del Estero, considered the "mother" of other cities, as it was the starting point for the Spaniards to establish other towns such as San Miguel de Tucumán, Salta, or Córdoba.

We'll continue our tour at Aguirre Park, one of the main green areas of the city. Then we’ll proceed to the iconic Libertad Square, where we’ll disembark for a walk. This area is the most monumental, featuring the exterior of the Cathedral of Nuestra Señora del Carmen and the Bicentennial Cultural Centre.

After visiting Plaza Libertad, we’ll go to the Juan Felipe Ibarra complex. There we’ll ascend to the Mirador de las Torres, a panoramic viewpoint located on the 23rd floor of a modern skyscraper, offering breathtaking views.

Finally, we will return to Termas de Río Hondo, with arrival at your hotel scheduled five hours after pickup.
