On this boat trip around Puerto Sánchez, we'll sail along the coast and explore the famous marble caverns of General Carrera Lake, focusing on the fauna and nature of the Chilean region of Aysén.

We'll meet at the chosen time at the pier of Puerto Sánchez and set sail aboard the Starfish V along the western flank of General Carrera Lake, which is under Chilean sovereignty in the west and Argentinean in the east.

During the voyage, we'll see old boats from the mining era in Puerto Sánchez, still present along the coast with remnants of their hulls and masts.

We will continue next to the marble caverns, extending along a 980-meter ridge, where you can admire and photograph the caves formed by decades of erosion.

As we sail, information will be provided about the historical and geological past of the region, alongside opportunities to spot various Patagonian birds that inhabit the area, including Andean condors and cormorants.

This journey lasts approximately an hour and 20 minutes, concluding with the return to the departure dock.
