Puerto Sanchez & Puerto Tranquilo Marble Caves Boat Trip

At a time of your choice, we'll meet at the pier of Puerto Tranquilo and start an unforgettable boat trip on Lake General Carrera.

We'll first sail to the shores of the Panichini islet, where we'll stop to admire the old ships stranded in the bay. Then we'll head to the marble caverns of Puerto Sánchez: stunning lake caves with intense blue and grey tones.

We'll navigate into some of the calcium carbonate caves to observe their impressive marble walls, and see a large colony of Andean condors, characteristic of the Aysén region.

Continuing through the Chilean Patagonia, we'll arrive at Puerto Tranquilo to observe its famous marble caves, declared a National Monument of Chile Nature Sanctuary. The crossing will continue through the so-called marble tunnel. We will navigate next to the islets of the cathedral and marble chapel, noted for their unique shapes.

After a two-hour and 45-minute boat ride, we'll conclude by returning to Puerto Tranquilo.
