Baños de Agua Santa & Río Verde Day Trip

Discover the scenic region around a city built on the slopes of the Tungurahua Volcano on our day trip to Baños de Agua Santa. The trip includes a visit to the town of Río Verde and its waterfall.

Baños de Agua Santa & Río Verde Day Trip

We will pick you up from your hotel in Riobamba at 8 am and depart for Baños de Agua Santa, known as the gateway to the Amazon.

Before reaching Baños, there will be a stop at the Tree House and the Swing at the End of the World, located near the Tungurahua Volcano. This area offers great photo opportunities.

Next, we'll visit the Fantasies of Flying swing, situated approximately 200 feet (60 metres) high, providing views of Baños de Agua Santa.

We will then visit a typical bakery to explore local flavors, followed by a trip to the El Agoyán waterfall and the Manto de la Novia. Here, you can take a cable car or tarabita across the Pastaza River.

Afterwards, we will head to Río Verde to see the Pailón del Diablo, an Andean waterfall measuring 262 feet (80 metres) high, accessible via stairs carved into the rock.

A traditional lunch will be provided before returning to Riobamba. You will be dropped off at your hotel by 4 pm.
