Discover the scenery around a city built on the slopes of the Tungurahua Volcano on our day trip to Baños de Agua Santa. We'll also visit the town of Río Verde and its waterfall.

Baños de Agua Santa & Río Verde Day Trip

We'll pick you up from your hotel in Riobamba at 8 am and set off for Baños de Agua Santa, a town that's considered the gateway to the Amazon.

Just before arriving, we'll stop at the Tree House and the Swing at the End of the World, next to the Tungurahua Volcano. You'll have the opportunity to take photos in this popular location.

Afterwards, we'll visit the Fantasies of Flying swing, around 200 feet (60 metres) high, offering views of Baños de Agua Santa.

Next, we'll stop at a typical bakery to discover local flavors before heading to the waterfall of El Agoyán and the Manto de la Novia. We will take a cable car or tarabita over the Pastaza River.

We'll then travel to the town of Río Verde to visit the Pailón del Diablo, a 262-foot (80-metre) high Andean waterfall with stairs carved into the rock.

We'll have a traditional lunch before heading back to Riobamba, arriving at your hotel by 4 pm.
