Day 1: Riohacha - The beaches of Manaure

We'll commence our adventure from Riohacha, heading to Manaure, where we will explore the stunning salt complex of Manaure, covering 4200 hectares of glittering salt mountains and vibrant pink water pools.

Following this fascinating exploration, a visit to the Los Flamencos Flora and Fauna Sanctuary awaits, known for its large populations of the magnificent flamingos. As hunger strikes, we will enjoy a delicious lunch before soaking in the serene beauty of Manaure's beaches.

In the afternoon, immerse yourself in the rich heritage of La Guajira by visiting a Wayuu ranchería, where you can indulge in a soothing salt massage to unwind and recharge.

At the day's end, you'll be settled into your hotel in Manaure for dinner and a restful night in preparation for the adventures that lie ahead.

Day 2: Manaure - Cabo de la Vela

Our second day starts with a delicious breakfast at the hotel before we proceed towards Cabo de la Vela. En route, we will make a stop in Uribia, recognized as the indigenous capital of Colombia.

Upon arriving at Cabo de la Vela, we will take a refreshing swim at Ojo de Agua and Arcoíris beaches in the afternoon. Just before dusk, a visit to the Cabo de la Vela lighthouse offers a chance to witness one of the most spectacular sunsets in La Guajira.

After returning to our hotel in Cabo de la Vela, we will enjoy dinner and relax for the night.

Day 3: Cabo de la Vela - Punta Gallinas

The day begins with a delicious breakfast at Cabo de la Vela, followed by our journey to Punta Gallinas. Along the way, we’ll take in significant sites of La Guajira, including the Jepirachi wind farm and the breathtaking Puerto Nuevo and Portete desert areas.

Arriving at Punta Gallinas, we will savor lunch and take time to unwind amidst stunning landscapes. The adventure continues at the Taroa Dunes, where the interplay of sea, sky, and desert will captivate you.

After a refreshing swim, we will head to the Punta Gallinas Lighthouse to watch the enchanting sunset over Punta Agujas beach. The day concludes at our accommodation in Punta Gallinas for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Punta Gallinas - Riohacha

The last day begins with a hearty breakfast at Punta Gallinas. We will then embark on our final journey back to Riohacha, marking the conclusion of our enriching 4-day tour around 2 PM.
