Tour Details

At 9 am, pick-up is available from either your accommodation or the cruise terminal in Roatan to start the quad tour. The first stop will be the wreck of Dixon Cove, exploring its links to the Nicaraguan Sandinista Revolution. We will then visit Arch's Iguana & Marine Park for a half-hour interaction with iguanas.

Next, we continue on the ATVs to the Garifuna Cultural Center to learn about the history and culture of this ethnic group, rooted in African, Kalinago, and Arawak aborigines. This visit will last approximately one hour.

Our journey continues to Oakridge, known as the "Venice of Roatan", where we will switch to a boat for a 20-minute ride through the mangrove canals. The tour concludes with a refreshing dip at one of Oakridge's beaches. We will return to the cruise terminal in Roatan, concluding the tour at 2 pm.
