Description

If you want to learn how to cook two of the most traditional Italian dishes, we'll meet at the indicated time in Piazza Cavour in Rome.

We'll head to the restaurant to start this cooking workshop and spend 30 minutes following the chef's instructions to prepare authentic delicacies. We'll start with the tiramisu, combining eggs, cream cheese, coffee, and sugar to achieve the perfect dessert.

While the tiramisu cools, we'll make fresh pasta in Rome. After preparing the pasta, you will choose a sauce to enhance its flavor: carbonara, amatriciana, or alfredo.

After the class, we'll sit at the table to enjoy our creations and toast with a glass of wine, reminiscing about the culinary experience.

The activity will conclude after 2 hours of cooking.
