Visiting Rome and enjoying a pizza made with your own hands is a must. Join this Italian Pizza Workshop to learn how to make this traditional dish.
Description
We'll meet on Via Zanardelli, 14 in Rome at the designated time and head to the restaurant for the workshop. After meeting the chef, the workshop will start with theoretical notions related to pizza making, including dough resting times and the importance of stone ovens.
Following the explanations, participants will have a wide variety of ingredients to create a pizza to their liking, whether Marinera, Margarita, Diavola, or Neapolitan. After about an hour, we will enjoy our pizzas, accompanied by bruschetta as an appetizer and a choice of wine or beer. Water and coffee or limoncello will also be provided.
The activity will conclude after two hours filled with learning and enjoyment.
