Activity Overview

Our gathering point will be at Via Giuseppe Zanardelli, 14 in Rome at the specified time, from where we will proceed to the venue of the workshop.

Following our introduction to the chef, the session will commence with some theoretical insights that will be beneficial as we embark on our pizza-making journey. What is the ideal resting time for the dough? Why are stone ovens essential? You'll uncover various secrets that will help you develop your expertise.

After the preliminary discussions, we'll roll up our sleeves for some hands-on experience. The workshop will offer an array of ingredients allowing you to craft a pizza that suits your taste. Will it be marinera, margarita, diavola, or Neapolitan? Each option promises to be a delightful creation!

The sweet finale to our workshop will involve creating a classic tiramisu. All ingredients will be prepped and ready, including mascarpone, espresso, and ladyfingers. You'll have everything necessary to make this delectable dessert!

After approximately one hour of cooking, we'll gather to savor our masterpieces, pairing the pizza and tiramisu with a beverage of your choice, either wine or a soft drink. Additionally, water and either coffee or limoncello will be provided.
