Visiting Rome and enjoying a delicious pizza is a must, and even more so if it's made with your own hands. Try out this Italian Pizza Workshop and learn how to make one of the traditional dishes.

Description

We'll meet on Via Zanardelli, 14 in Rome at the indicated time and go to the restaurant where the workshop will take place.

After meeting the chef, the workshop will begin with some theoretical notions regarding pizza making. This includes the resting time for the dough and the importance of stone ovens.

Once the explanations are complete, participants will have access to a wide variety of ingredients to prepare their preferred pizza, such as Marinera, margarita, diavola, or Neapolitan.

An hour later, participants will sit down to enjoy their pizza, accompanied by bruschetta as an appetizer, along with a choice of wine or beer. Water, coffee, or limoncello will also be provided.

The activity will conclude after two hours of learning and engagement.
