Visiting Rome and enjoying a delicious pizza is a must, and even more so if it's made with your own hands. Try out this Italian Pizza Workshop and learn how to make one of the traditional dishes.

Description

We'll meet on Via Zanardelli, 14 in Rome at the indicated time and go to the restaurant where the workshop will take place.

After meeting the chef, the workshop will begin with some theoretical notions that will help us when making the pizzas. This includes information on dough resting time and the importance of stone ovens.

Once we've listened to the explanations, it's time to get down to business. During the workshop, you'll have a wide variety of ingredients to make a pizza to your liking. Options include Marinera, margarita, diavola, or Neapolitan.

An hour later, we'll sit down to enjoy our preparation. We'll accompany the pizza with bruschetta as an appetizer and a choice of wine or beer. You'll also have water and coffee or limoncello.

The activity will end after two hours of learning and fun.
