Tour Details
We'll meet at the indicated time in Via Tunisi, number 4, near the main entrance of the Vatican Museums. We will visit the museums in the early hours of the morning to enjoy preferential access and avoid waiting lines.
Before entering, our guide will introduce the museums and explain the history of the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel. Throughout the tour, we'll admire sculptures, paintings, and other art spanning multiple eras and styles.
A highlight will be our visit to the Sistine Chapel, famous for its Michaelangelo frescos, including The Creation of Adam and The Last Judgment. The Sistine Chapel is also where conclaves are held to elect each new Pope.
The guide will provide a detailed explanation of the history and art of this iconic hall, respecting the rules of silence. After a total of 3 hours, this tour will conclude inside the museum.
