Are you eager to explore the intriguing realm of olive oil? We will convene at your selected time at the LA Almazara Estate, positioned on the outskirts of Ronda, to commence our exploration of its expansive grounds.

Our adventure begins with a photo exhibition where we will share insights into the historical background of olive grove cultivation. Following this, we will proceed to the greenhouse for a brief video presentation, culminating in a visit to view the machinery utilized in this area. Additionally, we will gain understanding about the function of olive mills within the production process.

The tour will then lead us through the orchards and farms of LA Almazara. We will encounter fruit gardens, organic vineyards, and naturally, the olive grove trail, where we can observe up to 20 distinct olive varieties, including many native to Spain as well as some from Greece and Portugal.

Finally, we will step into the tasting space to sample an array of these exceptional oils and learn how to identify their diverse flavors.

After an engaging experience of 1 hour and 15 minutes, we will conclude the tour, equipped with expertise on the cherished jewel of Mediterranean cuisine.
