The Outside Space

This area offers installations that reflect on the history of elBulli and the work of the Bullinianos over 50 years. Visitors learn about the Sapiens Methodology and Bullipedia while exploring the outdoor area, which also offers insight into the Palaeolithic era.

The Historic Building

Access the historic building that housed elBulli for 50 years. This area explains how innovation was systematised through food, providing a sense of the culinary experience for past diners.

The Interdisciplinary Relations
