Entrance to Hell's Gate

When purchasing your entrance ticket, you can choose between the following options:

Entrance Only

This ticket allows you to discover the healing powers of Rotorua's most active geothermal reservoir. Enjoy the naturally heated pools and admire the unique native flora surrounding them, rejuvenating both inside and out. This option provides access to the sulfur spas and the cold water pool, with an experience duration of an hour and a half.

Entrance + Guided Tour + Mud Bath

This combo ticket maximizes your experience at Hell's Gate. It includes access to all the pools of the geothermal complex, a guided tour, and a healing mud bath. The duration of this option is 3 hours. Note that it is not recommended to spend more than 20 minutes in the mud bath.

Hell's Gate offers two guided tours per day at 10:30 am and 2:30 pm. If you cannot attend these times, you will need to explore independently.
