When purchasing your entrance ticket to Hell's Gate, you can choose between the following options:

Entrance Only

With this ticket, you'll discover the healing powers of Rotorua's most active geothermal reservoir. You can relax and enjoy the naturally heated pools while admiring the unique native flora. This option provides access to the sulfur spas and the cold water pool, with an experience duration of 1.5 hours.

Entrance + Guided Tour + Mud Bath

This option includes access to all pools of the geothermal complex, a guided tour of Hell's Gate, and the opportunity for a healing mud bath. The experience lasts 3 hours. It is recommended to spend no more than 20 minutes in the mud bath.

Hell's Gate offers two guided tours daily: at 10:30 am and 2:30 pm. If these times do not suit you, you will need to explore the area on your own.
