When purchasing your entrance ticket to Hell's Gate, you have the following options:

Entrance Only

This ticket allows you to discover the healing powers of Rotorua's most active geothermal reservoir. You can relax in the naturally heated pools while enjoying the native flora around them. This option provides access to the sulfur spas and the cold water pool, with an experience lasting an hour and a half.

Entrance + Guided Tour + Mud Bath

This option is ideal for maximizing your visit to Hell's Gate. With this combo ticket, you'll access all the pools of the geothermal complex, enjoy a guided tour of Hell's Gate, and take a healing mud bath. The duration of this experience is 3 hours. It is recommended to limit your time in the mud bath to 20 minutes.

Hell's Gate offers two guided tours per day at 10:30 am and 2:30 pm. If you cannot attend at these times, you will need to take the tour independently.
