Description

For those seeking adventure, this rafting experience on the Kaituna River is ideal. The meeting point is located at number 18 Okere Falls Road, along the riverbanks.

All necessary rafting gear will be provided, and participants will receive instructions on basic techniques to ensure safety throughout the activity. Equipped with helmets and lifejackets, we will embark on the rafts to explore the Kaituna River, a notable location on the North Island of New Zealand.

The route includes passing by various waterfalls, particularly the Tutea waterfall, which stands at 7 metres (22 feet) high. Participants will experience the thrill of navigating through 14 rapids during the journey.

The rafting session lasts for 2.5 hours before returning to the starting point to conclude the activity.

Restrictions

This activity is not recommended for older individuals, those uncomfortable in the water, or individuals weighing over 120 kg (264 lbs).
