Rotterdam Art and Architecture Tour

At the indicated time, we'll meet at Rotterdam Centraal Station, located in the city center. The tour will showcase the impressive architecture and street art in the city.

Rotterdam is known as the architectural capital of the Netherlands, with urbanism and unique buildings that make it a distinctive place in Europe where art and construction blend effectively.

We will stroll along the Westersingel canal, home to the largest concentration of public art in the city, featuring sculptures by Picasso, Roden, and Umberto Mastroianni.

Afterwards, we’ll visit the museum area to see the architectural icon called the Depot, which has 1,664 reflective plates and serves as the warehouse for the Boijmans Museum.

Next, we will cross Rotterdam's creative street, Witte de With, and proceed to Plein 1940 to stop at the monumental sculpture The destroyed city, which commemorates the German bombing of May 14, 1940.
