Activity Details

If you are in Rovaniemi and want to experience the typical traditions of Lapland, this tour is suitable. After hotel pickup, you will travel into the snowy forests surrounding Rovaniemi.

Upon arrival at a lake, you can embrace relaxation. As night falls over the forests, you will partake in a unique Finnish sauna experience.

The sauna is a wooden cabin heated to a temperature of 70ºC. After acclimatizing, you will have the opportunity to jump into the icy lake, benefiting from the temperature contrast.

After the sauna and swim, enjoy a dinner featuring flamed salmon by the fireplace. The evening concludes with an opportunity to observe the Northern Lights.

After experiencing the lights, you will return to your hotel in Rovaniemi at the end of the 5-hour tour.

The Northern Lights are visible during the evening hours from mid-October to mid-March. Visibility is not guaranteed as it is a natural occurrence; however, if the lights are not seen, another opportunity will be offered, but refunds are not available.
