Ice Fishing in Rovaniemi

At the selected time, we'll pick you up in Rovaniemi and head to one of the prettiest areas in the Arctic Circle. During the approximately half-hour journey, we'll enjoy the snowy scenery and fir tree forests of northern Rovaniemi. The natural beauty of the world's coldest city will leave you speechless!

Upon arriving at the lake, we'll dig a hole in the ice and wait for a fish to take the bait. In winter, the ice layer can reach a depth of up to one meter. Our guide will provide information on the techniques and tricks required for ice fishing. Your focus will be on being patient and enjoying the surroundings.

The guide will then gather wood to prepare a lakeside bonfire. Once lit, we'll roast sausages and enjoy the warmth. This experience allows us to appreciate unique landscapes and gain insights into the local culture while taking incredible photos of our ice fishing adventure in Lapland. Afterward, we will return to Rovaniemi.
