Can you imagine floating on ice? Enjoy the unique experience of lying on a frozen lake while you gaze up at the magical Northern Lights and twinkling stars in the night sky above Rovaniemi.

Northern Lights Ice Floating Experience

At the indicated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Rovaniemi and take you into the winter scenery of Lapland. After approximately a 10-mile (15 km) journey, you'll reach an area with frozen lakes and snow-capped forests.

The activity takes place on one of these icy lakes. You will wear a special insulated suit designed to protect you from the cold. You can even take a dip in the water while enjoying the views of the surrounding area.

Experience the incredible Aurora Borealis, which fills the night sky with various colors. You will have the opportunity to enjoy warm blueberry juice and gingerbread, typical snacks in Northern Finland, during the activity.

After the excursion, you'll be dropped back off at your hotel in Rovaniemi.

This activity includes pickup from hotels within a radius of 15 km (9.3 miles) from the center of Rovaniemi. If your hotel is in the center, we'll meet you at Maakuntakatu 29, Rovaniemi 96200.
