Tour Details

After pickup at your hotel in Rovaniemi, we will head north in search of the Northern Lights. The evening will start with an introduction about this phenomenon by our expert guide, covering its formation, data reading for predictions, and the night plan to enhance our chances of viewing the lights.

One guide will monitor satellite and radar maps while another guides us to locations with the clearest skies, away from light pollution. We will be taken to the best spots to witness the Northern Lights. However, since it is a natural phenomenon, sightings cannot be guaranteed. If the lights are not visible, exploring the forests at night will still be rewarding.

We will experience the arctic wilderness while waiting for the magical northern lights. The guide will capture moments of us under the lights when they appear. After viewing, we can stay until we decide to leave. Finally, we will return to Rovaniemi after approximately 6 to 10 hours.
