Reindeer Sleigh Ride

At the scheduled time, we'll meet at your chosen hotel or meeting point in the center of Rovaniemi. From there, we will proceed to a reindeer farm?, where Finnish shepherds care for and train these polar animals, the only deer that can be domesticated.

During the visit, caretakers will share insights about daily life at the reindeer farm and curiosities about Santa's famous helpers. Their herds can exceed a hundred members.

After meeting the reindeer, we will embark on a sleigh ride through the snowy forests around the farm, enjoying the scenic trails and frosted trees. The sleigh ride lasts 40 minutes, allowing us to appreciate the beautiful surroundings.

At the end of the ride, a snack and a traditional warm drink from the region of Finland will be served as we continue to interact with the reindeer. Afterward, we will return you to the meeting point in Rovaniemi, concluding the tour after approximately 2.5 to 3 hours.
