Have you always dreamt of zooming through the snowy forests of Lapland at top speed? Glide over Rovaniemi's icy plains and feel the adrenaline rush of driving a snowmobile through this winter wonderland.
Snowmobile Safari
After being picked up from your hotel in Rovaniemi, you'll receive thermal gear: overalls, jacket, gloves, boots, helmet, and other protective items for the cold weather. An English-speaking guide will provide a lesson on driving the snowmobile, allowing you to navigate through Lapland's landscape with ease. You will drive for approximately one hour, appreciating the frozen countryside and Rovaniemi's natural beauty. The snowmobiles are designed to be comfortable and intuitive, ideal for first-time drivers. The adventure concludes with a hot drink before returning to your hotel in Rovaniemi.
Pickup
Pickup is available from hotels within 15 kilometers of Rovaniemi’s center. The tour commences between 8 am and 4 pm, varying by season. Following your reservation, the exact time will be arranged. Should your accommodation be in the city center, you must go to the office at Maakuntakatu 29. Reservations made after 11 pm the night prior or on the same day may result in a delayed start.
Children under 12
Guides are responsible for taking children under 12 years on sleds pulled by snowmobiles. If children prefer not to ride the sled, they may ride as passengers on the snowmobiles if they meet the height requirement of 150 cm (4 feet 11 inches) and pay the adult rate.
Shared Snowmobile
If you book for one person, sharing the snowmobile with another participant is required. Prices are quoted per person, not per vehicle.
