Snowshoeing & Ice Fishing

We'll pick you up from your hotel in Rovaniemi at the selected time and head to the forests of Lapland.

Upon arrival, we'll begin a snowshoe hike, walking among snowy pines and firs to explore white landscapes.

The trail will lead us to a frozen lake where we'll receive a short lesson on ice fishing techniques. Participants will learn to create a hole in the ice and cast the rod, then wait for fish to take the bait.

During the fishing, the guide will light a fire to enjoy a barbecue snack with salmon and hot drinks.

Afterward, we'll return to Rovaniemi and drop you off at your hotel approximately 4 hours after pickup.

Hotel Pickup

This activity includes pickup from hotels within a radius of 15 km (9.3 miles) from the centre of Rovaniemi. For hotels in the centre, we'll meet at Maakuntakatu 29, Rovaniemi 96200.
