Beautiful landscapes and charming medieval villages await us on this excursion to Grožnjan and Oprtalj, two of the most beautiful villages on the Istrian peninsula that will surely captivate you!

Tour of Grožnjan & Oprtalj

At 8:30 am, we'll depart from Rovinj towards the Istrian hinterland. This Croatian peninsula, the largest in the Mediterranean, is filled with charming medieval villages.

We'll drive through green hills, extensive olive groves, and vineyards. The first stop will be in the town of Grožnjan, known as "the little town of artists", featuring 28 workshops, an art gallery, a summer film school, and a jazz festival.

After exploring the historic center of Grožnjan, we'll proceed to the valley of the Mirna River to visit the village of Oprtalj, which showcases Venetian architecture in its monuments.

Post-visit, we'll enjoy a tasting of seasonal Istrian products at a typical Croatian tavern, with an option for lunch available.

The tour will conclude with a return to the pickup point in Rovinj, scheduled for 3:30 pm.
