During the Finca Montepedroso Winery Visit, participants will explore one of the avant-garde wineries in Rueda. Meeting will take place at the entrance of the Finca Montepedroso Winery at the chosen time for a guided tour.

Established in 2010 by the Martínez Bujanda family, Finca Montepedroso showcases a distinct winemaking culture and innovative practices. The tour will be led by an oenology expert, who will provide insights into the winery's facilities and its winemaking and aging methods. The winery covers 25 hectares, focusing on the monoculture of Verdejo, with vine ages between 7 and 31 years.

During the visit, there will be discussions regarding the vineyards, grape varieties, and harvesting processes. The experience will culminate in a tasting of three wines paired with a snack.

After 1 hour 30 minutes of exploration, the guided visit will conclude at the entrance.
