Madidi Park and Yacuma Pampas 5 Day Trip

Day 1

We will be picked up at the agreed meeting point and head to the dock to board a boat with an open-top panoramic deck. We set sail for the Mashaquipe Ecolodge, drifting along the Beni and Tuichi rivers, while enjoying views of Bala Canyon and diverse flora and fauna. After arriving at the eco-friendly lodge and a meal, we will explore Madidi Park to encounter wildlife, then return to our cabins for the night.

Day 2

After a Bolivian breakfast, we begin a four-hour trek through the Amazon jungle to the Arenalito refuge for a meal. We will then climb a mountain to see exotic birds and enjoy a sunset view. At night, we will explore jungle paths for nocturnal animals and camp in the Amazon rainforest.

Day 3

We wake up before dawn for a short trek to see the sunrise, followed by breakfast. We will trek to the Tuichi River to build a traditional raft with an expert for our return to the Mashaquipe Ecolodge. The afternoon will be free for personal exploration of the jungle.

Day 4

After breakfast, we will travel by 4x4 to Santa Rosa del Yacuma, where we board a boat to Las Tortugas Ecolodge for a meal. We will sail down the Yacuma River to observe its wildlife, including lizards, caimans, and possibly swim with pink dolphins if weather permits. We will return to the ecolodge for dinner and rest.

Day 5

We wake up early to enjoy the tranquility of the jungle and an Amazon sunrise. Following breakfast, we will trek to discover anacondas and other exotic creatures. After a farewell meal in the afternoon, we will return to Rurrenabaque, concluding our 5-day adventure.
