Madidi Park and Yacuma Pampas 5 Day Trip

Day 1

After pickup at the agreed meeting point, we head to the dock to board a boat with an open-top panoramic deck. We set sail for the Mashaquipe Ecolodge, drifting along the Beni and Tuichi rivers while observing the flora and fauna of the region. Upon arrival at the eco-friendly lodge, we will have a meal before continuing deep into Madidi Park to encounter wild animals, including spider monkeys and wild boars. At night, we return to our cabins for dinner and rest.

Day 2

We start with a Bolivian breakfast, then set off on a four-hour trek through the Amazon to the Arenalito refuge for a meal and rest. Afterward, we climb a mountain to view exotic birds and enjoy a sunset panorama of Madidi Park. At night, we explore jungle paths for nocturnal animals before camping in the Amazon rainforest.

Day 3

We wake up before dawn for a short hike to see the sunrise over the jungle. After breakfast, we trek to the Tuichi River to build a traditional raft for our return to the Mashaquipe Ecolodge. In the afternoon, enjoy free time in the Bolivian jungle.

Day 4

After an early breakfast, we travel by 4x4 to Santa Rosa del Yacuma, enjoying the local flora and fauna. We then board a boat to Las Tortugas Ecolodge for a meal. In the afternoon, we sail down the Yacuma River to observe various wildlife, with an opportunity to swim with pink dolphins if weather permits. We return to the ecolodge for dinner and rest.

Day 5

We wake up early to experience the tranquility of the jungle and admire the Amazon sunrise. After breakfast, we take a jungle trek to discover anacondas and other exotic creatures. In the afternoon, we enjoy a farewell meal before returning to Rurrenabaque, concluding our 5-day adventure.
