Quinta da Avessada Winery Tour

After pickup at your hotel at your chosen time, we will travel north to the Quinta da Avessada winery, taking in views of the local vineyards.

Located in Favaios, the winery is known for its muscatel wines. We will tour its facilities to learn about the introduction of this grape variety in the Douro region, cultivated since the 19th century.

The visit includes the barrel room and the winery museum, where interactive screens, photographs, and robots demonstrate the wine production processes.

In the tasting room, we will enjoy two glasses of Port wine and one of Muscatel, accompanied by a small snack of cheese, jam, nuts, and bread.

The excursion concludes with your drop-off at your hotel, approximately three hours after the start.
