When booking, you can choose between three different options, all starting at the entrance of the Sylvie Fahrer et Fils winery in the Alsatian town of Saint-Hippolyte. Here are the details of each option:

Wine-tasting tour (1 hour)

This option includes a visit to the Sylvie Fahrer et Fils winery where we will review the history of the winery and Alsace wine and learn about the wine production process followed for four generations. The tour concludes with a guided wine tasting.

Blind tasting tour (1 hour and 15 minutes)

This option includes a guided tour of the winery followed by a blind tasting. Participants will guess whether the wine is white or rosé while tasting from a black glass.

Wine & food tasting tour (1 hour and 15 minutes)

This option features a tasting experience with food and wine pairings, sampling 4 wines paired with 4 appetizers including pâte en croûte, cheese, and chocolate.
