On this visit to the Sylvie Fahrer et Fils winery, we'll learn the secrets of the wines of Alsace. We'll visit the place where they're produced and also enjoy different wine tastings.

When booking, you can choose between three different options. All of them start at the entrance of the Sylvie Fahrer et Fils winery, in the Alsatian town of Saint-Hippolyte. Here are the details of each option:

Wine-tasting tour (1 hour)

In this option, we'll visit the Sylvie Fahrer et Fils winery. We'll review the history of this winery and of Alsace wine, and learn about the wine production process followed for four generations. After seeing the winemaking process, we'll enjoy a guided wine tasting.

Blind tasting tour (1 hour and 15 minutes)

If you choose this option, in addition to the guided tour of the winery, you'll participate in a blind tasting. You'll need to guess whether it's a white or rosé wine while tasting the drink in a black glass.

Wine & food tasting tour (1 hour and 15 minutes)

After visiting the winery, we'll have a tasting with food and wine pairings. We'll sample 4 wines paired with 4 appetizers such as pâte en croûte, cheese, and chocolate.
