Wine-tasting tour (1 hour)

In this option, we'll visit the Sylvie Fahrer et Fils winery. First, we'll review the history of this winery and Alsace wine. We'll learn about the wine production process that has been followed for four generations, and you'll see why it has been so successful.

After seeing the winemaking process at Sylvie Fahrer et Fils, we'll enjoy a guided wine tasting.

Blind tasting tour (1 hour and 15 minutes)

If you choose this option, in addition to enjoying a guided tour of the winery, you'll also enjoy a blind tasting. You will guess whether it's a white or rosé wine while tasting in a black glass.

Wine & food tasting tour (1 hour and 15 minutes)

After visiting the winery, we'll have a tasting with food and wine pairings. We'll sample 4 wines paired with 4 appetizers such as pâte en croûte, cheese, and chocolate.
