When booking, you can choose between three different options, all starting at the entrance of the Sylvie Fahrer et Fils winery in the Alsatian town of Saint-Hippolyte. Here are the details of each option:

Wine-tasting tour (1 hour)

This option includes a visit to the Sylvie Fahrer et Fils winery where we will review the history of the winery and Alsace wine. Learn about the wine production process followed for four generations and enjoy a guided wine tasting to conclude the tour.

Blind tasting tour (1 hour and 15 minutes)

This option offers a guided tour of the winery with an additional blind tasting. Participants will taste wine from a black glass and must identify whether it is white or rosé wine.

Wine & food tasting tour (1 hour and 15 minutes)

After visiting the winery, participants will enjoy a tasting featuring 4 wines paired with 4 appetizers such as pâte en croûte, cheese, and chocolate.
