Marsaxlokk and Blue Grotto Trip

We will collect you from your hotel before heading to the southeastern tip of Malta.

Our first stop is the fishing village of Marsaxlokk. Stroll along the waterfront to see the traditional Luzzu fishing vessels decorated in vibrant colors. The bows of these boats feature a pair of eyes, an ancient Phoenician custom believed to protect fishermen.

After exploring the port area, you'll have free time to visit the popular Marsaxlokk Market, traditionally held on Sundays, where fishermen sell their catch along with stalls selling artisan products and souvenirs.

Next, we will visit Qrendi to see its parish church, narrow lanes, and band clubs.

In the afternoon, we will proceed to the 'Wied Iz-Zurrieq' harbour. Here, we'll catch a boat (not included, 8 EUR) to the stunning Blue Grotto, known for its impressive sea caves featured in films like 'Troy'.

Your journey around the Blue Grotto concludes back at the Wied iz-Zurrieq docks, after which we will return to your hotel.

Changes

If the Marsaxlokk Market is closed on the day of the activity, we will visit Rabat Market.
