Marsaxlokk and Blue Grotto Trip

Pick-up from your hotel will occur before heading to the southeastern tip of Malta.

The first stop is the fishing village of Marsaxlokk. While strolling along the waterfront, you will see traditional Luzzu fishing vessels with vibrant colors and protective eye symbols derived from an ancient Phoenician custom.

After exploring the port, enjoy free time at the popular Marsaxlokk Market, where fishermen sell their catch along with artisan products, clothing, and souvenirs.

Later, visit the township of Qrendi to see its parish church and winding lanes.

In the afternoon, we will proceed to Wied Iz-Zurrieq harbour, where you can take a boat to the Blue Grotto (not included, 8EUR). These sea caves are noted for appearances in films such as 'Troy.'

The journey concludes back at Wied iz-Zurrieq docks, followed by the return trip to your hotel.

Changes

If the Marsaxlokk Market is closed, we will visit Rabat Market instead.
