Discover the picturesque fishing village of Marsaxlokk and the famous Blue Grotto on this trip to the island of Malta.

Marsaxlokk and Blue Grotto Trip

We will collect you from your hotel and head towards the southeastern tip of Malta. Our first stop is the fishing village of Marsaxlokk, where you can stroll along the waterfront and see the traditional Luzzu fishing vessels. These colorful boats feature eyes on their bows, a custom believed to protect fishermen.

You will have free time to explore the Marsaxlokk Market, where fishermen sell their catch, along with stalls of artisan products, clothing, and souvenirs.

Next, we will visit the township of Qrendi to see its parish church and narrow lanes. In the afternoon, we will proceed to the 'Wied Iz-Zurrieq harbor, where you can catch a boat (not included, 8 EUR) to the Blue Grotto, famous for its sea caves.

The tour concludes at the Wied iz-Zurrieq docks, followed by our return to your hotel.

Changes

If the Marsaxlokk Market is closed, we will visit the Rabat Market instead.
