Tour Details

At the time of your choice, we'll meet at the Château Tour Baladoz winery in Saint-Laurent-des-Combes, where we'll learn about the wine of the Saint-Émilion area.

We will go inside this Château to admire its interior and the techniques used in winemaking, exploring the vat and barrel cellars, along with the different technical installations.

Afterward, we’ll head to the vineyards to identify various grape varieties used in winemaking and discuss vine cultivation and maturation.

Next, we will visit Château La Croizille, touring its interior and exterior while learning to differentiate techniques used by various producers. The modern technological advances in this winery enhance the winemaking process, resulting in wines of excellent quality.

The experience will conclude with a tasting of three wines from the Saint-Émilion Grand Cru appellation after a 1-hour tour.
