At your chosen time, we will meet at the Château Tour Baladoz winery in Saint-Laurent-des-Combes. The tour will start with an exploration of the Château's interior and the winemaking techniques employed to produce exclusive wines. We will visit the vat cellar, barrel cellar, and various technical installations.

Next, we'll proceed to the vineyards to observe different grape varieties and discuss vine cultivation and maturation phases.

Then, we'll depart for Château La Croizille, where we will tour both the interior and exterior facilities, highlighting the techniques of different producers. The use of modern technology in winemaking will be showcased, resulting in high-quality wines.

Finally, we will conclude with a tasting of three wines from the Saint-Émilion Grand Cru appellation after a 1-hour tour.
