At the time of your choice, we'll meet at the Château Tour Baladoz winery in Saint-Laurent-des-Combes, where we will begin to learn about the wine of the Saint-Émilion area.

First, we'll go inside this Château to admire its interior and the techniques used to elaborate wines. From the vat cellar to the barrel cellar, we will explore various technical installations.

We will then proceed to the vineyards, the perfect location to observe the different grape varieties used in winemaking, while sharing insights about the process of vine cultivation and maturation.

Next, we'll visit Château La Croizille, where we will tour its interior and exterior facilities to learn how to differentiate the techniques employed by different producers. We will observe modern technological advances that enhance the winemaking process, resulting in wines of excellent quality.

To conclude, we will enjoy a tasting of three wines from the Saint-Émilion Grand Cru appellation. After a 1-hour tour, the wine experience will be finished at this last winery.
