At the time of your choice, we'll meet at the Château Tour Baladoz winery in Saint-Laurent-des-Combes to learn about the wines of the Saint-Émilion area.

First, we will go inside this Château to admire its interior and the techniques used to produce wines. We will explore the vat cellar, barrel cellar, and various technical installations of the Château.

Next, we will visit the vineyards to identify the different grape varieties used in wine production and share information about the vine cultivation process and maturation phase.

Afterward, we will proceed to the Château La Croizille, where we will tour both the interior and exterior facilities, learning to differentiate the winemaking techniques of each winery. Modern technological advances enhance the winemaking process, resulting in high-quality wines.
