During your visit, you'll see sharks, moray eels, jellyfish, and various fish species like sea breams, groupers, and pompano, distributed in tanks that recreate diverse habitats, including those of Gozo, Comino, the Pacific, and Indian Oceans.

The aquarium also features a terrarium with reptiles, insects, and amphibians. Here, you can see snakes, iguanas, tarantulas, and leopard lizards up close.

Opening hours

The Malta National Aquarium is open from Monday to Sunday between 10 am and 8 pm, with last entry at 7:30 pm. Please note that these times may be subject to change.
