During the Maison de la Lavande Visit, participants will explore the fragrances of lavender and experience a tourist train ride through the aromatic lavender fields. The tour starts at the entrance of the Maison de la Lavande at a chosen time.

The visit begins with a tourist train ride through the lavender fields surrounding the museum, offering a unique experience enhanced by the lavender's aroma. After the ride, guests will participate in an aroma table session where they will learn about three types of lavender: fine, aspic, and lavandin, and understand their differences.

Additionally, attendees will observe a distillation of lavender essential oil using a traditional extraction process, followed by a discussion on the history of lavender. The tour will also cover the origins of lavender in Saint-Remèze, located in the picturesque Ardéchois village.

After the 1-hour tour, guests can enjoy a refreshment at the museum bar, with a recommendation for lavender ice cream as a notable treat.
