On this tour to the northeast side of Boa Vista, you'll visit key locations on this Cape Verdean island, including a stop at Ervatão beach.

North East Boa Vista + Ervatão Beach Tour

At 9 am, pickup will be from your hotel as we head northeast to explore Boa Vista. The first stop will be Rabil, the island's second most populated city, where we will learn about local customs while visiting streets, handicraft stores, and the church of Rabil. Next, we will proceed to the Fonte Vicente Oasis, characterized by its substantial fruit trees, including giant fig trees, almond trees, and baobabs. Nearby is Curral Velho, notable for the remains of a large salt mine set against expansive golden dunes.

We will visit the wild beach and the islet of Curral Velho, a popular site for divers due to the variety of exotic fish. After that, we'll head to Ervatão beach, recognized for its crystal clear waters and white sand, and known as a significant nesting site for loggerhead sea turtles. After 30 minutes of free time at the beach, we will travel to Fundo das Figueras, a small village where lunch can be enjoyed in a local restaurant at your own pace.

Finally, we will drop you off back at your hotel around 4 pm.
