Activity Details

At the agreed time, you will be picked up from your accommodation in Sal Rei and transported in a comfortable vehicle to the launch point for our quad tour of Deserto de Viana and Cabo de Santa María. Your exciting quad escapade is about to commence!

Our journey kicks off as we head north to one of Cape Verde's most picturesque locations: the beach of Cabo de Santa María. This pristine and relatively untouched beach features the iconic stranded ship, a Spanish freighter that has been marooned since 1968 and now symbolizes Boa Vista. Be sure to capture this unique sight!

Having marveled at this remarkable ship against the backdrop of the Atlantic Ocean, we will proceed to one of the island's most surreal environments: the Deserto de Viana. Recognized as one of Cape Verde's Seven Natural Wonders, you will be captivated by its vast expanse of white dunes that stretch endlessly into the distance, sculpted by the winds over time.

After a thrilling ride over the dunes, we will make our way back. You will dismount the quads and return to your accommodation in Sal Rei, bringing this 2.5 to 3-hour adventure to a close.

Activity Requirements

Participants must possess a valid driver’s license to operate the quad.Please be aware of the weight limit of 485 pounds (220 kg) per quad.Each quad accommodates a maximum of two people: one driver and one passenger. Note that the listed prices are for the entire vehicle and not per individual.
