Activity Details

At the designated time, we'll collect you from your hotel in Sal Rei and travel in a comfortable vehicle to our starting point for our quad tour around the Deserto de Viana and Cabo de Santa María.

We'll begin our tour by driving to the north of the island to reach the beach of Cabo Santa María. This wild beach features the iconic stranded ship, a Spanish freighter from 1968, now a symbol of Boa Vista.

After taking in this landmark, we'll explore the Deserto de Viana, recognized as one of the Seven Natural Wonders of Cape Verde, known for its striking white dunes.

After navigating the dunes, we'll return the quads and head back to your hotel in Sal Rei, concluding this 2.5 to 3-hour tour.

Activity Requirements

To drive the quad, it is necessary to have a valid driver's license.There is a combined weight limit of 485 pounds (220 kg) per quad.Each quad has a maximum capacity of two people: a pilot and a passenger. The prices indicated are per vehicle and not per person.
