The Cape Verde archipelago is known for its spectacular marine environments. Dive into them with a day of scuba diving for beginners off Sal Island.

Description

Your day begins with a pickup from your hotel in Sal Island to the dive center, featuring an open-air pool. After receiving a wetsuit, fins, mouthpieces, tanks, and goggles, you will undergo an hour-long introductory lesson on scuba diving basics.

Following the lesson, you have two free hours to eat and rest before afternoon pickup to head to the island pier.

After gearing up, we will proceed to the coast to explore marine species. Cape Verde is renowned as one of the Atlantic Ocean's top dive spots, and you'll dive for an hour to a maximum depth of 12 feet, adjusted according to group capabilities.

During this introduction to diving, you will see the rich subaquatic ecosystem of Sal Island, including coral, turtles, manta rays, and various exotic fish species. This up-close experience is memorable.

At the end of the dive, we will return to the pier and back to your hotel. Total duration is approximately 3 hours for morning sessions and 2.5 hours for afternoon sessions.
