Cape Verde Diving

The Cape Verde archipelago is known for its spectacular marine environments. Dive into them with a day of scuba diving for beginners off Sal Island.

Description

After being picked up from your hotel in Sal Island, you will proceed to the dive center for an hour-long introductory lesson in an open-air pool. After the lesson, you will have two free hours to have a meal and rest. In the afternoon, pickup will occur for a trip to the island pier.

Once equipped with scuba gear, the group will head to the coast to view various marine species. The excursion will include a one-hour dive at a maximum depth of 12 feet, tailored to the group's abilities. This activity allows you to explore the rich subaquatic ecosystem of Sal Island, including views of coral, turtles, manta rays, and exotic fish, providing an unforgettable experience.

After the dive, participants will return to the pier and be taken back to their hotels. The activity lasts about 3 hours for the morning option and 2.5 hours for the afternoon.

Hotel Pickup

This activity includes pickup from most hotels in Santa Maria. Upon booking, you will be contacted with the time and exact pickup point. If you are not at a hotel with pickup service, you will meet at the dive center on Santa Maria beach.
