Cape Verde Diving

The Cape Verde archipelago is known for its spectacular marine environments. Dive into them with a day of scuba diving for beginners off Sal Island.

Description

Having picked you up from your hotel in Sal Island, we'll head to the dive center and its open-air pool. Equipped with a wetsuit, fins, mouthpieces, tanks, and goggles, we'll conduct an hour-long introductory lesson.

After this, you'll return to your hotel for two free hours to eat a meal and rest. In the afternoon, we'll pick you up again to go to the island pier.

Once suited up with our scuba gear, we’ll go to the coast to view marine species along the way. Cape Verde is a prime dive spot in the Atlantic Ocean, and once at the beach, we will dive at various levels, with a maximum depth of 12 feet depending on the group’s capabilities.

During this introduction to diving activity, we will explore the rich subaquatic ecosystem of Sal Island, with opportunities to see coral, turtles, manta rays, and exotic fish species. This will be a memorable experience.

Following the dive, we’ll return to the starting pier and then back to your hotel. The total activity lasts about 3 hours for morning bookings or 2.5 hours in the afternoon.
