Private Tour of East Salalah

After picking you up from your hotel in Salalah at 8 AM, we'll head east to explore the area surrounding the city. The first stop will be the Athum Waterfalls, one of the notable waterfalls in Oman.

We will embark on a short trekking route to reach the waterfalls, enjoying the lush jungle landscapes of East Salalah, characterized by tall trees and rose gardens.

Next, we'll drive to the town of Taqah, where we will visit its pristine beaches and may see dolphins off the coast. We will then drive through the historic center of Taqah and visit its 19th century castle, where we will explore watchtowers, the guard room, and prison, as well as exhibitions showcasing traditional Omani life.

Our next stop is the archaeological site of Samhram, a UNESCO-protected site dating back to the 1st century BC, where we will learn about its significance in the incense trade route.

After the visit, we will take you to a local restaurant for an hour of free time for lunch. We will then continue our tour to the Darbat Valley, one of the beautiful natural parks in Oman.

We will conclude the private tour and drop you off at your hotel at 5 PM.
