Private Tour of West Salalah

At 8 am we'll pick you up from your hotel in Salalah and head west to the town of Dhalkout. The drive in the jeep will take approximately two and a half hours.

Once we arrive in Dhalkout, located on the edge of Dhofar Governorate, we'll explore it by jeep to admire the mountain scenery. We will also visit its beaches, which offer a view of the Arabian Sea.

After this first tour, you'll have an hour and a half of free time for lunch. We'll then head to the village of Deem, located close to the border between Oman and Yemen. The village's viewpoint provides a view of the Yemeni hills.

We'll continue our private tour of West Salalah to a valley full of frankincense trees, where we will learn about the area's history regarding frankincense trade.

Finally, we'll arrive in the city of Rakhyout. We'll visit its beaches and see its fortress and mosque, one of the oldest in the sultanate.

We will conclude the private tour by dropping you back at your hotel.
