DISCOVER THE SECRETS OF THE MONTERREY PALACE

The Palacio de Monterrey is the only palace in Salamanca that houses in its interior a real house, lived and in use today.

The visits offer to enter the most intimate environment of the family, visiting the daily use rooms. Inside you can also see an important collection of art and furniture.

These are free visits with audioguide included in the price.
NOTE: each entry will be assigned an hour of orientation visit. Please visit the selected time slot.

When booking the entrance, you can choose the option to visit the Palace by visiting a dozen rooms including a bedroom and the climb to the tower.

Or complete the visit with the entrance to the cots and cells. This tour offers a vision different from the life of the Palace staff over time.

During the booking process, before you make the payment, you will find different visiting schedules. You can only access the monument at the selected time.

There is no possibility of changes or cancellations once the entry has been received.

The Directorate of the Monterrey Palace will be able to modify opening times in situations where it considers necessary.

The Palace is not adapted for people with reduced mobility or wheelchairs.

NORMS AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE VISIT:

• It is required to be in possession of the valid entry with QR code that must be displayed to the access control staff and must be kept until the exit.
• The entrance is personal and intransferable, valid only for the day, time and number of persons indicated therein. No changes or returns are allowed.
• Children under 14 years of age cannot access the Palace alone and must be accompanied by an adult.
• It is not allowed: Touching pieces, artworks, leaning on furniture or sitting in chairs. Sit on the ground or hinder the passage. Run through the rooms. Smoking. Eat or drink in all space. Leave minors without adult control.
• No photographs are allowed inside the Palace.
• Please: respect security distance with parts and works. Avoid talking during the visit with audioguide. Do not use acoustic tone on mobile, but vibration.
